Jolie B. Karp, CPA, Partner
Jolie Karp is responsible for the firm's quality control system in the accounting and auditing department of Stephano Slack. Formerly a senior manager at a national public accounting firm and a director at a regional accounting firm, Jolie has over 19 years of extensive experience in attestation services, financial reporting, operational management, business and individual tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, forecasts and projects, and technical quality review.
Jolie's diversified client experience includes privately held businesses in industries including distribution, manufacturing, broker dealers, automobile dealerships, construction, and professional service companies. Jolie also has extensive experience in employee benefit plan audits.
Jolie presents and develops continuing professional education seminars for accountants. She is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Jolie received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bryant College (Bryant University) in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
