Michael J. Kerwin, CPA, CVA, MST, Manager
Michael J. Kerwin is a manager in the audit and accounting department of Stephano Slack. Michael is also responsible for the Firm's business valuation engagements. Michael received the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Prior to joining Stephano Slack, Michael was an Assistant Controller for a regional steel-fabricating contractor. There he was responsible for managing the accounts receivable and payable as well as overseeing payroll taxes, forecasting project budgets, and analyzing work-in-process costs. Michael was also responsible for information technology, implementing networking systems, and maintaining software. In this capacity, Michael received his computer-networking diploma with highest distinction.
Michael's industry experience includes manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, broker dealers, and a variety of commercial service organizations.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University and a Master of Taxation at Villanova University. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
