WAYNE, PA- JANUARY 23, 2018 – Stephano Slack, LLC, a leading regional accounting and consulting firm, announced the promotions of Samantha F. Wolf, CPA and David J. Kubovsak, CPA, from Senior Accountants to Managers. Samantha and David serve as Co-Leaders of the Outsourced Accounting Practice and are based in the firm’s Wayne, PA office.

The Outsourced Accounting Practice offers companies a wide breadth of services, from day-to-day accounting operations to managing the financial infrastructure. With a range of engagement levels and service models, they help increase efficiency and streamline processes from bill pay service to transactional work, as well as offer CFO or controller-level insights and advisory. Stephano Slack is a preferred vendor with the University of Pennsylvania Business Incubator program, in which they help startups launch with all the proper accounting procedures in place.

Wolf brings experience as a controller in a family-owned business, and began her career at Stephano Slack as a tax intern. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Philadelphia University.

Kubovask brings five years accounting experience at Stephano Slack as well as accounting and finance experience from several area companies. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Certificate in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University.
