Kubovsak, CPA, has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. The CVA credential is granted only to qualified individuals with considerable professional experience in the field of business valuation.

He helps clients determine the value of their businesses in conjunction with purchase or sale of a business, for gift and estate tax purposes, buy/sell agreements, charitable contributions, succession planning, corporate recovery and financial reporting.
