Alain Duroseau, MPA, leads the HR Advisory Services practice at Stephano Slack, helping organizations strengthen their most valuable asset, their people. With more than a decade of experience building trusted relationships with business leaders, Alain partners with clients to develop and implement human capital strategies that support organizational growth, improve employee engagement, and drive measurable business performance. From onboarding to offboarding, he serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, guiding organizations through workforce challenges with a practical and people-focused approach.
Alain earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University. He also holds a Wharton Certificate in HR Management and Analytics.
Prior to joining Stephano Slack, Alain advised organizations on human resources strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and risk mitigation. He has successfully led leadership development initiatives, organizational assessments, and workforce transition projects for public, private, nonprofit, and higher education institutions. His collaborative style, creative problem-solving abilities, and commitment to building strong relationships have made him a valued partner to clients throughout the region.
Outside of the office, Alain serves on the Board of Directors for Simpson Senior Services, a nonprofit network of senior living communities and care services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. A lifelong fan of Villanova Basketball and the New York Knicks, he enjoys spending time with his wife of more than ten years and their son, Aidan, at their home in West Conshohocken.
