Rick is a Partner with the firm. He joined Stephano Slack following the merger with MWE, where he previously served as a Partner.

Rick provides professional representation for clients in key areas such as financial and estate planning, tax planning and representation before the Internal Revenue Service, and management advisory services.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and became a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey in 1981 and in Pennsylvania in 1984. He is currently licensed to practice in both states.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys golfing, playing jazz and classical piano, and traveling.
