Stephano Slack LLC Promotes Michael J. Kerwin, CPA, MT, CVA, Partner

WAYNE, PA January 22, 2014 Stephano Slack LLC, the full-service accounting, tax, and
advisory firm, announced today the promotion of Michael J. Kerwin, CPA, MT, CVA, to
partner.

Michael J. Kerwin has worked at Stephano Slack since 2004. Michael received his B.S. in
accounting at Shippensburg University, a Computer Networking degree at CHI Institute, and a
Master of Taxation at Villanova University. He is both a Certified Valuation Analyst and a
Certified Public Accountant. Michael is also a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Michael
worked for four years as an assistant controller before joining Stephano Slack. In the past 10
years at Stephano Slack, Michael has excelled at valuations as well as at managing employees
through his role as auditing and tax manager.
