With more than 10 years of experience in human resources consulting and advisory services, Alain will lead the firm’s newest service line, helping organizations strengthen their workforce strategies and maximize employee
performance.
The addition of Human Resources Advisory Services expands Stephano Slack’s commitment to providing clients with comprehensive business advisory solutions. Alain will work closely with business owners, executives, and leadership teams to develop and implement people-focused strategies that support organizational growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall business performance.
Prior to joining Stephano Slack, Alain advised organizations across the public, private, nonprofit, and higher education sectors on human resources strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and risk mitigation. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizational
assessments and workforce transition projects.
As Partner and HR Advisory Services Practice Leader, Alain will oversee a broad range of human capital solutions, including:
