WAYNE, PA — September 4, 2014 — Full-service accounting, tax, and advisory firm Stephano
Slack LLC announced today the hiring of Nicholas Ciocca, CPA.
Nicholas Ciocca joins Stephano Slack with 16 years’ experience in accounting, most recently in
his own tax and accounting practice where he specialized in small businesses. Ciocca received his
B.S. in accounting from DeSales University and an M.B.A. in economics from West Chester
University. Ciocca is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ciocca began his career at Gunnip & Company LLP in Wilmington, Del. focusing on the firm’s
holding company practice as well as auditing in their large client group. Following that, Ciocca
was a member of the mergers and acquisitions team at Peco Energy and later at the Asplundh
Tree Expert Company in Horsham, Pa.
Joining Stephano Slack was an easy choice for Ciocca. “I admire Stephano Slack’s growthoriented

Ciocca lives in Devon, Pa. with his wife Catherine and four children. He volunteers his time
advising his high school alma mater Devon Preparatory School and enjoys playing golf and
