Quite simply, it’s the right thing to do.
Earlier this year, we launched a Best Place to Work committee to further solidify our reputation as the best CPA firm in the region, as well as to attract and retain talent. It’s comprised of a cross-section of partners, managers and staff, even interns. They meet periodically to brainstorm teambuilding events, fun outings, and causes we can get behind.
One of the first ideas the committee had was to create a blog sharing our Best Place to Work team events, successes, and community give-back. So when you’re looking for the latest team news, this is the place to go. We kept it separate from the firm news blog, because this is just for us.
